Position Title: Sr Customer Marketing Specialist
Employment Type: Temporary role, with a duration of up to 1 year
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A global technology leader based in Dubai, delivering industry-specific technology solutions for buildings and industries.

• Manage customer and stakeholder engagement, on-site briefings, content refreshes and maintenance
• Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to ensure the visitor experience supports business growth and enhances the customer relationship
• Support with broader day-to-day requirements of department to ensure an optimized visitor experience.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, including localization initiatives and activities

• Open to Arabic speaker
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in a Customer Experience Center
• Having own visa is preferred

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
