Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Train, mentor and lead new & current staff to provide efficient and effective customer service.
• Assist in improving and monitoring procedures & processes to ensure the most efficient service to the customer.
• Assist in preparing & developing documentation of the organizations standard policies & procedures towards customer service if requested by management.
• Prepare reports providing detailed information regarding customer requests and recommendations to the management on the same.
• Open & close tickets, taking orders & collecting the required information regarding matters or complaints that require further attention.
• Maintain records of all transactions & interactions made with customers.
• Support decisions made by Customer Service Management & convey positively to reinforce the team members.
• Assist department head with any assigned special projects & provide required backup.
• Provide explanations to customers on the origin & nature of the problem to customers.
• Any additional tasks assigned by department head.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Customer service within real estate/property development or banking industry.

• Bilingual language skills in English and Arabic would be highly preferred
