Senior Design Architect

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable design consultancy who is looking to hire a Senior Design Architect to join their Dubai based team. As the Senior Architect you will report to the design Director and will oversee projects from inception through to completion.

Your main responsibility will be to manage the project team, mentor junior Architects and take full control of their hospitality, residential or commercial projects. In addition to managing the team, you will incorporate your own concepts designs and must be able to show strong technical competencies throughout all design phases.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have minimum of 15 years’ experience, 10 of which gained in the UAE as well as extensive experience delivering projects from concept till completion. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. You should also be up to date with the latest Computer Software and have a proven track record delivering large scale projects.
