Job description / Role
• Preparing architectural drawings (schematic / design development and construction documentation) in liaison with structural and other engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, drainage, infrastructure, interior design and landscape.
• Involved in preparation of drawings for various authorities’ approval, make sure drawings compliance with all authorities and local codes requirements and liaise with all municipality departments.
• Supervise junior architects and CAD technicians, monitor and evaluate progress and take corrective actions to make sure that the work is done to her seniors’ satisfaction.
• Assist the Estimating Team in the Tendering process through preparation of project specification and attending of tender queries.
• Assist the Construction supervision team by responding to various queries which may arise during the project construction.
• Modifications of design drawings based on project management/client instructions; highlighting the changed areas in drawings and submittal of final design drawings for client approval.
• Attending progress meetings with the client, project management and other engineers to discuss progress of work.
