Senior Design Manager

Job description / Role

My client, a large Developer in Abu Dhabi requires a Senior Design Manager. This role requires excellent experience in managing the design operations of large Residential developments.

- BA in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related , a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (with over 8 years' experience at Senior Design manager level or similar) within architectural design, operations or project management within the Developers/ real estate development sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Relevant software and design tools.
- Detailed knowledge of Architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices - in the UAE
- Large Residential project experience required in the UAE / Middel East
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
