Job description / Role
- Initiate Project model set up.
- Ability to handle day to day output of CAD function.
- Ensure software (PDMS/E3D) works with the ability to train team to use the software efficiently.
- Responsible for overseeing work of Designers to make sure the drawings are as per Project Standards.
- You must have strong communication skills and have the capacity to manage the project from start to end independently.
- You must be capable of handling a minimum of 3-5 projects as a Lead Designer and a minimum 5-8 designers as direct reports.
- Responsible for developing the designers under their charge, maintaining design quality, and advocating the value of design to other departments.
- Ability to manage team of designers from various design backgrounds and disciplines.
Requirements
- Should ensure software (PDMS/E3D) works and should train people to how to use it.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in relevant Technical Field and/or at least 12-15 years of experience in the O&G Industry (preferably Onshore Oilfield Projects).
