Job description / Role
The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate expertise in project management, project delivery and quality assurance and control.
This candidate will be responsible for overlooking large scale mixed use project portfolio in the UAE.
Client Details
Our client is a well established developer based in the UAE with expertise in mid to high rise residential, retail and hospitality projects across the region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing with the design, commercial and MEP teams. Manage and supervise cost consultancy and sub contractors.
• Review design proposals for subcontracted architectural specialists
• Propose and participate in value engineering exercises when required
• Work closely with infrastructure team and authorities
• Review tender documents prior to submission
Job Offer

Competitive salary
Requirements
10 years experience in project management, property development, consulting
Bachelors Degree in project management or any related construction field
Arabic speaker in preferred but not a must
Strong communication skills
