Senior Development Manager - Hospitality

Job description / Role

Senior Development manager - Hospitality for Real estate development company.

• Experience in Market research, feasibility studies, valuation for all categories of hotels/resorts, conference center hotels, and convention centers.
• Management agreement, operator contract and term sheet reviews.
• Strategic consulting, research and advisory assignments, brand recommendations for single assets and portfolios.
• Financial analysis, underwriting and modeling.
• Review and analysis of financial statements, annual business plans, budgets (including capital budgets/programs), and other related functions.
• Assistance with preparation of proposals and pitch materials for prospective business opportunity.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar Industry
• Bachelor of Architecture / Masters in Any Discipline.
• Good Networking Abilities
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Ideally, the candidate should be either from hospitality background or having a focused working experience dedicated on hospitality projects.
