Job Duration: Permanent Employment

• Manage a portfolio of clients (local, regional and global) across various industries and categories
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client’s business, market, competitors, marcom mix and relevant media platforms
• Deliver best-in-class client servicing through active involvement and thought leadership, acting as a clients trusted advisor
• Advise clients and identify growth opportunities, both for the client and the agency, as a result of your understanding
• Ideate, strategize, manage, plan and execute digital-first campaigns within either a digital only or integrated context
• Always be on top of marketing trends and innovations; understanding how to apply these to the client’s business
• Contribute to sales targets by generating and developing a sales pipeline to meet team’s target on the portfolio of accounts


• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years experience in digital media, having developed strategies, content development and operationally run a team
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
• Must be able to prioritize a demanding workload and tight timelines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit a professional ‘can-do’ attitude with the preparedness to roll sleeves up and ‘get dirty’
• Ability and willingness to proactively research and/or solve issues
• Proven client leadership and management with hands on experience is the diverse digital ecosystem: display, video and performance media through to social media, CRM and e-commerce – underpinned by a deep understanding of data
• Experience in creating digital content appropriate to different platform dynamics and formats
• Understanding of global and regional digital trends, consumer behaviors on various platforms and emerging technologies
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Experience in luxury or premium goods an advantage
• Certification in leading digital technologies an advantage
• Fun, outgoing, collaborative, team player is essential
