Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Hospitality/Travel/Retail/Ecommerce Experience)

Job Description:

Reporting into the General Manager, this newly created role is to develop and drive the digital strategy of the business with a strong focus on online advertising and ROI.

Ensuring the digital presence of our client's global brand, you will need to:

- Drive revenue growth across multiple countries working across display advertising, PPC, retargeting, and paid social
- Planning and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising with focus on conversion and lead generation
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Optimising the advertising campaigns strategy with focus on conversion and lead generation;
- Drive traffic to websites and landing pages
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyse data to provide optimise the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all channels.

Requirements

The Successful Applicant:

You are a strong digital marketer with demonstrated experience driving acquisition/conversion campaigns and driving financial targets.

You will be attributed with the following skills:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and SEO optimization, leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong experience across driving digital strategies including search, display, retargeting and landing pages;
- Proven track record of driving performant digital advertising strategies across multiple countries;
- Working across a B2C environment;
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Business acumen and the capacity to deliver within tight deadlines;
- Strong understanding of Excel, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Social Ads tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
