Job description / Role
A leading Tech Firm, is looking for a Senior Director Strategy to assist them in planning major initiatives whilst working with a high performing team. The ideal candidate will lead the overall long term strategic planning and manage the implementation of strategic initiatives around it. You will be responsible to help the firm define its organizational and market priorities and help establish any organization changes/ ops improvement on a regular basis. You will be responsible to develop analytical and conceptual frameworks for strategy formulation by conducting indepth market research, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking needed for strategy articulation. The ideal candidate will focus on excellence & customer service and a strong alignment with the firm's core values and purpose.
Additional qualifications include:
- Masters/ MBA in Strategy, Management or Finance Topics from a top tier university.
- 8-11 years of experience within Strategy with a top tier management consulting firm
- A proven track record of leadership & problem solving skills, working closely with C level executives
- Proven record of creating impactful strategic directives
- Comfortable dealing with C level executives and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Prior experience in a startup environment is a big plus
