Job description / Role
Our client, one of the largest payment solution providers in the Middle East, are seeking a E-Commerce Integration Lead for their Acquiring Operations department.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, client-facing experience and be technically proficient in the technical integration of payment gateways with merchants websites. You will be able to understand a variety of programming languages, and will have a deep understanding of a variety of payment gateways and plugins such as Cybersource, Magento, MIGS, MPGS.
Brief Overview of Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage technical integration between payment gateways and merchant systems
* Lead integration team for an efficient merchant engagement for integration
* Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a variety of payment gateways, including Cybersource, MIGS, MPGS etc
* Manage and certify test merchant integration with the merchants technical team
* Support and coordinate with merchants for pilot testing and go live
* End to end on boarding delivery as per SLA
* Learn setup process and prepare the document process for any new application
* Preparation and timely reporting of periodic MIS reports
* Control Salesforce workflow process and managet the completion of tasks within service level timelines
* Preparation and maintenance of process documentation and trackers
Requirements
* Experience in the integration of online payment gateways and plugins such as CyberSource, Magento, MIGs, MPG’s, NeO, Comtrust, WorldPay, PayFort
* Client/customer focused, with experience interfacing directly with external parties
* Technically proficient in E-Commerce integration with merchant systems
* Software development background or technical knowledge in Java, .NET, C# or PHP
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills is an absolute must
* Knowledge of Agile practices and Project Management
* Excellent analytical skills
* Middle East experience preferred
