Job description / Role
Idama is a provider of Integrated Facilities Management solutions for real estate developments. From the complex maintenance of heating and ventilation systems, to the meticulous cleaning of offices and receptions, Idama manages the facilities of all types of built environment.
Ensure all Electrical Systems are working at their optimal capacity and effective implementation of best practice engineering services systems and processes to support cost optimization, effective resource utilization, quality of service delivery, effective supplier relationship management. Also to ensure delivery of services as per SLAs and client expectations through effective planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance plans
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience (number of years):
At least 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering ideally working for a Facilities Management Provider.
• Support the management in all contract administration activities through effective monitoring and implementation of service provider SLAs in various account operations by tracking appropriate performance reports, auditing, contract expiry and invoice tracking to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare annual, monthly and weekly PPM schedule for MEP and specialist systems for various contracts and ensure uniformity in service delivery in all buildings in line with the customer requirements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Conduct physical onsite technical audits for Specialist System at the various sites, and produce performance reports and ensure closure of gaps to ensure compliance and business enhancements
• Support the commercial team in variable works proposals by participating in site surveys and preparing technical specifications that are optimal to ensure effective business growth. Ensure variable works are completed on time.
• Ensure timely delivery of technical training programs in line with the training plan through effective facilitation and coordination and act as focal point between training providers, HR and Operations
• Carry out timely analysis & review of manpower requirement vs. workload and provide reports for management review to ensure that effective manpower utilization is done across various contracts
• Prepare and provide timely reports to Line Manager for information review and timely decision making
• Ensure Quality and HSE policy and procedures are implemented across the operations.
