Job description / Role
• Design, engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarm systems, public address, AV, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems, etc.
• Collaborate with other engineers and architects to ensure that ELV systems are properly integrated into the building design.
• Select and coordinate the work of subcontractors to ensure that the ELV systems are installed in accordance with the design specifications and project requirements.
• Provide technical support to the project team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of ELV systems and ensure that they meet the performance standards and regulations.
• Provide training to clients and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of the ELV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including conceptualization,design, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in ELV project engineering, design, and implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems, etc.
• Experience in project management and leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients, vendors, and contractors.
