Position Title: Senior Estimator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus company transportation
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A modern, reliable carpentry and joinery service provider across Middle East mainly based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:
• Review project drawings, conduct site visits, and prepare detailed BOQs covering all scope elements.
• Develop accurate cost estimates by analyzing labor, materials, and timelines using industry tools.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain pricing and integrate into comprehensive project costs.
• Lead estimation efforts, optimize workflows, and ensure timely submission of accurate project proposals.

• 45 years old and below
• Must be Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• At least 5 years UAE of experience in interior fit-out (strong GCC experience will be considered)

Salary:
AED 17,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
