Position Title: Senior Event Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

- Define the vision and strategic roadmap for the Events Department, including planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Lead KPIs and represent the department in executive meetings.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, manage recruitment, and provide coaching, performance evaluations, and career development plans. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee event planning, approve execution plans, allocate resources, and ensure quality standards are met during live events. Troubleshoot issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure high satisfaction. Lead quality control efforts and implement post-event improvements.

About the Client:

- 40 years old and below
- Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, Event Planning, or Leadership
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in event management or operations, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex events and leading cross-functional teams

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
