We are currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for our client within the investment industry based at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
This position will report directly to the CEO, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence on all matters in relation to the CEO, in addition you will oversee special projects, take on the responsibility of Office Manager alongside typical EA duties; managing an extremely busy calendar, expense reports, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Acts as a "gatekeeper" to the CEO assisting in prioritising the CEO's time.
The successful individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. You must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission and results-driven.
You must have a minimum of 10-15 years solid work experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior individual at CEO level, preferably within financial services sector, experience working within a multinational company is essential and a native level of English.
