Charterhouse is working with a well-established Investment Firm, who are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to a C-Level Executive while ensuring a smooth running of the C-Suite office. This is a demanding role and will require juggling a variety of tasks; therefore, this role would suit somebody who thrives within a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and able to prioritise their work accordingly.
The Executive Assistant will provide high quality administrative support to a C-Level Executive whilst working within a fast-paced environment. The role responsibilities will include extensive diary management for very busy diaries, complex international travel arrangements across different time zones and itinerary management.
Alongside this, the Executive Assistant will review and prepare correspondence including Emails, PowerPoint Presentations and Reports. As a trusted employee working closely with Senior Management, the role will also involve handling confidential information, therefore, a proven track record as a loyal employee is essential for this role.
Additionally, the Executive Assistant will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring everything is running smoothly, handling facilities and supplies management.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate should be a well-presented and professional Executive Assistant with a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience, ideally working within a corporate organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results driven individual, with excellent organisational skills, a strong team player with the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment. Our client is looking to hire someone with a proven track record of providing high-level service and exceptional written and verbal skills in English and Arabic to 100% proficiency.
