Job description / Role
As the first point of contact for all CEO enquiries, it is essential that you are a strong gatekeeper with a strong understanding of internal and external stakeholder relationships and the ability to manage a complex managerial hierarchy.
Working for our international client, who is a figurehead in the fast paced luxury market, you will be completely responsible for the management of the CEO’s office, with full C-Suite liaison throughout the business. You will manage a highly demanding diary and complex travel itineraries, sometimes for multiple individuals who will need to travel with the CEO or meet at an international location, full inbox management, preparing research documents and meeting briefs and you will have complete oversight of the CEO’s movements globally, ensuring you are always one step ahead.
Strong administration skills are required, assisting in presentations, strategic reporting, brief and note taking as well as archiving and management of confidential documentation. Additionally, you will be very social media aware and be able to liaise with IT ensuring successful coordination for meetings, across multiple international time zones.
The successful applicant will be a skilled decision maker, with strong emotional intelligence, who can solve problems before the CEO even becomes aware of them, enhance CEO productivity and operational efficiency. Demonstrated experience supporting at C-Suite level, ideally from within the hospitality and / or luxury UHNW sector is required. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and drive key initiatives and strategy are essential.
Above all, confidentiality and discretion are paramount as you will be privy to highly sensitive information and English must be spoken to native standard with additional languages advantageous.
