Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Treasury

Job description / Role
Job Specification:
• Cash & liquidity management
- Maintaining an up to date cash flow forecast
- Recommendations on timely investment of surplus funds
- Helping companies establish Treasury processes with Guidance from HOT
• Transaction processing
- Understanding of financials of businesses taking loan/guarantee from company / debt from the market
- Making a financial model of the SOEs in conjunction with management of the SOE
- Coordination between banks and SOEs raising debt/equity for exchange of information
- Coordination with the legal department for documentations
• Credit monitoring
- Regular monitoring and compliance with the terms of the credit agreement, covenant testing implementation and monitoring and rectification (if required)
- Establish process for periodic review of collateral and determine the status of collateralization (over or under collateralization) of the facilities and of the banking relationships. Monitor changes to the delegation of authority and notify the banks
• Risk management
- Implementation of Risk Management Process as designed by the company
- Regular monitoring of risk management process
- Helping companies to establish a risk management process
Requirements
Work Experience:
• Experience of 3-4 / 5-8 years
• Proficiency in financial modelling is essential
• Experience in evaluation of loans, monitoring of loan covenants, credit risks of loans (desirable)
• Having worked with a large bank or a similar role in a large conglomerate
