Position Title: Senior Façade Designer (5 vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the trusted name in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors.

- Lead the design and development of facade systems including curtain walls, unitized systems, structural glazing, ACP - Oversee the preparation of concept designs, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed installation drawings.
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, compliance, and constructability.
- Conduct structural, thermal, and acoustic assessments and ensure that designs comply with local and international codes and standards.

- Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 7+ years of specialized experience in facade design, especially aluminum and glass systems and strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
- Expertise in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit, SolidWorks, Rhino, or 3D modelling software is an advantage with proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver on tight deadlines.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
