Position Title: Sr. Façade Estimator – Aluminium & Glass
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus car and petrol

About the Client:
One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors.

Job Description:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost breakdowns for aluminium & glass façade systems.
• Analyze tender documents, manage RFQs, obtain supplier/subcontractor pricing, and prepare competitive bids within deadlines.
• Review façade designs, propose value engineering options, ensure compliance, and identify risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Support tender handover, variations, change order pricing, cost control, and maintain cost benchmarks.

Qualifications:
• Open to male Asian nationals, 30–40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in façade estimation for aluminium & glass systems. UAE driving license is a plus.
• Proficiency in estimation tools, Excel, AutoCAD and interpretation of façade drawings, and specifications.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
