Senior Façade Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
- Prepare, review, and certify interim payment applications, project valuations, and final accounts in accordance with contract terms.
- Lead and manage tendering processes, including quantity take-offs, pricing, technical clarifications, and bid submission documentation.
- Review and interpret contract documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring alignment with tender and invoicing requirements.
- Analyze and monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and advise on cost-saving measures.

Position Title: Sr. Façade Quantity Surveyor (2 vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the trusted name in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or in any relevant field
- At least 7 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying from façade, aluminium, and glass industry
- Must have solid understanding of contract law, FIDIC conditions, and standard QS practices, and working knowledge of contract/QS software

Salary:
AED 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
