Senior Facilities Engineer - Dubai, UAE

Our client, fast expanding Facilities Management Company, is seeking for a Senior Facilities Engineer to join their operation in Dubai.The successful candidate will manage a team of blue collar workers delivering hard and soft services to a large mixed use development consisting of Commercial, Residential and Retail property. In addition, candidates should have experience in contract management, budget planning and an understanding of SLAs and KPIs. They should have excellent written and spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction by achieving a high quality of service, within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to join a market leader within their field.

Requirements

• at least 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance
• Degree qualified in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical/ Electrical)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience managing P&L
• Experience in Contract management and an understanding of KPI's and SLA's
• Excellent Leadership and Organizational Skills
