Job description / Role
Responsible for managing & supervising operations of all Engineering services and maintenance of all MEP & ELV Systems throughout Mall building, Business Tower and Residential Tower. Monitor and control the operational expenses and maximize the revenue. Additionally, provide support services to tenants, clients and internal departments.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in relative industry & postion
Required Skills:
• Must be familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
• Should be well aware of regulations set by local authorities.
