Job description / Role
Responsible for supervision and execution of various activities relating to operation, planned preventive maintenance and repair of MEP Systems and associated equipment’s for all facilities in Mall building, Business Tower & Apartments. Additionally, provide support services to tenants & fit out works when necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in relative industry & position
Required Skills:
• Must be familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
• Should be well aware of regulations set by local authorities.
