Senior Facilities Manager - Abu Dhabi

Client is an established and well known UAE based FM service provider. They are currently seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for their client in Abudhabi.

The role will be focused around the management of a single, high profile contract. Managing both blue and white collared workforce carrying out hard services for the commercial headoffice, multi-level car park and district cooling plant. This will include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping and Specialist systems subcontracts.

Based in Abu Dhabi this individual will have at least 2 direct reports (FMs) and overall responsibility for a work force of approximately 100+ people. Candidate should have both operational and strategic capabilities and be commercially astute as budgetary management and P&L responsibility are an essential requirement for the role. This is a challenging role and a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join an already established player within the Middle East FM market and one that continues to grow at a fast pace.

In return our client will pay an excellent base salary with additional benefits package including a performance related bonus scheme.

Requirements

- Minimum 15 years of Facilities Management experience ideally with a contractor or service provider
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Essential
- Be commercially astute (P&L, Budgetary responsibilities etc…)
- Experience managing either a commercial or residential building(s)
- Have managed large teams of people
- Have excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills

The ability to present to high level management.
