Job description / Role
A leading organisation in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with relevant personnel both internally and externally to ensure seamless communication and relevant updates provided to key stakeholders
• Manage the relationship and contracts defining the commercial terms and scope of work agreed with the designer, contractor and project management companies to ensure satisfaction of all parties involved
• Implement comprehensive project management schedules for efficiencies and ensuring agreed timeframes are adhered to
• Ensure that Company assets are responsibly maintained through the effective execution of preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Coordinate regular and routine maintenance work inclusive of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning etc.
• Design, develop and improve processes and systems that are established and developed to accurately assess the impact of property and project management activity on business performance
Reporting to: Director of Facilities Management
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a mechanical or electrical degree. Strong commercial experience within Facilities Management in the middle east.
The candidate must be based in the MENA region with at least 8 years experience in Facilities Management
