Job description / Role
A client side role reporting to the Head of Facilities, the Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for FM service deliveryto a mixed portfolio of properties to include residential, hospitality, retail and leisure facilities. The Senior FM will manage Facilities Managers providing technical advice and assistance and ensuring excellent levels of service delivery, ensuring all works are completed on time, to required standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that compliance standards are achieved as well as identifying and organising PPM and Reactive works.
Requirements
You must have senior level management experience in Facilities Management within a mixed environment, with experience managing large, multi-site portfolios. You must have demonstrable experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets as well as relationship management, planning and process management and the ability to manage a large team.
Must have a technical background with either a Mechanical or Electrical degree.
