Job description / Role
PSR Solutions International have been appointed by a Tier 1 FM Service Provider to recruit for a Hard Services specific Senior FM, on a major education contract.
Job Purpose:
- Provide strategic leadership on a hard services education project, in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Ensuring client retention through pro actively building and developing relationships
- Extensive Hard Services Knowledge and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead Role on project
- Reports to General Manager
- Managing a large team
- MUST have experience for contract management, financial management, brand management and service delivery
Requirements
To be considered for the role candidates MUST possess the following qualities:
- Hard Services Experience Contract Experience
- Engineering Qualification
- GCC Experience
- Have held a contract lead FM role previously
- FM Service Provider Experience Preferred
Salary and Benefits:
Salary on offer is up to AED 33,000 + Family
