Job description / Role
We are looking for a Senior Facilities Officer to oversee the organisation and administration across a portfolio of offices in Dubai.
This will include but not be limited to:
* Managing the offsite and site maintenance, ordering the furniture, taking care of maintenance and repair work, dealing with landlords of buildings, overseeing renovations, ensuring administrative and contract staff are working efficiently
* Supervising implementation of new office systems which includes phones, fixed lines, fax machines, photocopiers, scanners
* Responsible for the maintenance of all office equipment and for ordering necessary office supplies/equipment, including relations with service vendors
* Set up archiving systems and create archiving policy and procedures and implement presentation and training of the same
* All related Travel Management administration
* Contracts Management, including SLA monitoring, dealing with tender processes and negotiating contracts.
* Manage and support contractors and admin staff, both internal and external.
Experience required:
* You must have at least 2 years' experience in a Senior facilities management role, either supervising or leading a team of administration and facilities across more than 1 site.
* The successful candidate will be a proactive, positive person with clear communication skills.
