Senior Field Trainer - Wella Professionals

We are seeking a Senior Field Trainer who will be responsible for imparting knowledge and awareness of Wella Professionals products by using best training practices. You will also gather materials on the brand and will be developing exciting training material to be delivered to our clients.

You will support the front-liners with on-the-job learning, as well as with monitoring performance and training needs analysis.

What you will do:

- You will follow the day-to-day activities related to own job with minimal supervision to ensure continuity of work
- You will follow-up on escalated cases /issues/questions of team members to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner Training
- You will conduct the technical training needs analysis and Training Evaluation
- You will design the training content and the delivery.
- Create, communicate, coordinate & implement the training calendar for the year
- Acquire product knowledge new products and train the team accordingly
- Create brand awareness at the front liners level
- Provide training to clients by employing advanced product knowledge and best practice training techniques
- Gather feedback from the participants and concerned supervisors, to assess the effectiveness of the training and its impact on the participants
- Conduct evaluations on the Learners and effectiveness of the learning materials and approaches
- Recommend new learning materials and approaches to support the division's needs
- Be part of the team during major events and in-store activities
- Participate in exciting projects and community activities as and when needed

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role

We are looking for an experienced field Trainer with hairdressing background! This role requires someone who is passionate in his endeavor to strive for excellence!

More specifically, we would love to hear from you if you can say yes to the below...

- Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Be flexible to travel to all emirates.
- Advanced skills in negotiating and collaborating
- Experience in writing and delivering effective Training
- Has a proactive approach
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Think logically, can priorities effectively, multi-task and work to deadlines
