Senior Finance Analyst

Looking to identify a talented individual who will play a pivotal role in our client's organization's growth and development. This role will be working closely with the Finance Manager, to add value and produce accurate financial reports, budget reports and forecasts.

Client Details

Our Client have built a research environment focused on solutions and oversees technology research within Abu Dhabi. They are currently searching for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join their team, based in Abu Dhabi.

Description

* Collaborating with project managers to develop a budget
* Evaluating budget proposals and funding requests.
* Conducting cost-benefit analyses to determine value.
* Determining whether budget proposals and expenditures are in compliance with regulations.
* Defending budget recommendations against management.
* Developing a final budgetary agreement with management.
* Monitoring spending to ensure it remains within budget.
* Estimating and forecasting future financial needs.
* Make presentation on actual vs budget
* Assist the Budget Manager with any other assigned projects
* Be first point of contact for all finance related queries on assigned projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal/external stakeholders
* Provide ad hoc financial support to all key stakeholders across the organization and wider team
* Maintain and suggest improvements to the financial accounting, reporting processes
* Prepare and deliver accurate financial and commercial documents and ad hoc reports
* Act as primary contact for the audits for assigned projects

* 5+ years' proven experience in a financial role or in similar role
* Experience working in large cap entities
* Ability to produce reports in Excel using Pivots, Formulas
* Ability to produce power point presentations for management
* Proficient user of finance software (SAP, Oracle)
