Senior Finance Associate

Job description / Role

A boutique, strategic advisory firm with a presence in UAE, UK, USA, and offshore USA territories works with select clients, across a wide spectrum of UHNW family offices and sovereign wealth funds, additionally with non-profit advocacy and research institutions, as well global investment groups. The role of the Senior Finance Associate will support the growing team, providing high quality financial and operational assistance across the UAE, USA and USA.

Responsibilities encompass the complete finance cycle, highly detailed monthly expense reports, intercompany transfers and managing the relationship with the external accounting firm. Ideally the candidate will also have experience of strong financial modelling and analysis capabilities to support the senior team’s decision making, and be able to provide support around compliance and international licensing.

The successful candidate will be a team player, who will also be involved with office management and general administrative tasks, possess high energy and a superb attention to detail. A Bachelor’s Degree is required and those with additional qualifications such as ACCA or similar and experience with Quickbooks are highly desired. Additionally, candidates will be expected to have considerable acumen in creating high quality opEX reports. An excellent standard of English is essential, but those who also have Arabic fluency skills hold a distinct an advantage.
