Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join their team at corporate headquarters. This pivotal role will support strategic financial planning and drive advanced analytics, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.

Description
* Collaborate directly with the FP&A lead on budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities across the group.
* Utilize strong financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that drive results, foster improvements, and influence leadership.
* Apply advanced MS Excel skills to manage large data sets (big data), analyze substantial amounts of financial and operational data, and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI or other visualization tools.
* Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork skills, build effective relationships, and influence change to improve processes, while preparing concise commentary tailored to various stakeholder levels.
* Exhibit well-developed analytical skills with the ability to understand process linkages.
* Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including the implementation of best practices in the FP&A domain.
* Develop industry-specific data for bench marking and standardization purposes.
* Stay updated on industry news, trends, and opportunities.

Requirements:
* Relevant professional certifications: CPA, CA, CMA, MBA.
* Master's degree in finance or accounting from a recognized university.
* 6-8 years of UAE experience in FP&A, including the development of financial and operational reports, data sets, and models.
* Experience in the leisure or hospitality industry preferred.
* Solid understanding of planning, budgeting, financial statements, financial modeling, and related areas.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
