STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
Senior Forecasting & Research Analyst
The group maps out where we're going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we're never playing catch-up. Development translate strategies into plans and projects. In Corporate Development, it's more about the impact of strategies on our day-to-day running. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we're agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.
Job Purpose
Joining our Capacity Planning team, you'll provide the business and our key stakeholders with a robust flight level tactical forecast that is easily accessible and continually up-to-date. Using the very latest technology for streamlining the demand forecast process and data management, you'll ensure accuracy continues to improve.
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need a degree level qualification in a numerical subject.
Experience
Alongside considerable experience in an aviation forecasting role (airline or co-ordinator experience will be a significant advantage), you'll need excellent data analysis skills and a good awareness of network planning and airline data sets.
You should also have:
• An in-depth knowledge of all sectors of the aviation market and industry
• Strong statistical analysis and project management skills
• A full understanding of scheduling process, airport operations and terminal operations
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
