URGENT Requirement:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:
The senior foreman typically has significant experience in construction and may have worked his way up from entry-level positions. He is responsible for overseeing specific aspects of the construction project or managing a particular team or area of work. Senior foremen may supervise a team of foremen and tradespeople, ensuring that tasks are completed according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards. They report to higher-level management, such as project managers or chief foremen, and may assist them in coordinating activities and resolving issues on-site. Senior foremen focus more on the day-to-day operations of their assigned area or team, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving.

- ROADS, INFRASTRUCTURE & UTILITIES EXPERIENCE is a MUST
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Foreman in large-scale construction projects.Dubai experience is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant construction certifications or qualifications.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
