Position Title: Senior FP&A Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the client:
One of the prestige retail companies in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
• Manage the preparation of business budgets and forecast in line with business strategy in accordance with Group Timetable and complaint with group and business requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs to provide insightful commentary on the performance of the business as well as associated risks and opportunities.
• Review and monitor tenant performance to understand Sales, OCR, and margin performance. This would include monthly Sales and OCR performance, trend analysis and overall risk
• Act as business partner to the function heads to become liaison between finance and each business function.
• Ensure the compliance of IFRS and Group accounting policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to UAE nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years of experience in the same role; real estate and mall experience is preferred
• Experienced in Yardi Voyager and Power BI
• Knowledgeable in IRFS standards
• ACCA / CIMA / CMA certification is an advantage
