Job description / Role
Our client has seen significant growth since their inception, growing at a rate of 30% year on year and now have a turnover of around $100m. With around 100 employees currently, they will add another 15-20 staff by the end of 2018.
We have been tasked to find an experienced FP&A Manager with a background in Big 4. This position reports to the CEO, and works alongside the FD.
Responsibilities
• Act as advisor to the CEO
• Long term planning & forecasting
• Manage company’s budget process
• Management Reporting
• Business case analysis
• M&A
Salary:
AED
40,000 to 45,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• Qualified Accountant
• Big 4 trained to Manager level – essential!
• 5 years in FP&A in a large company
• Strategic
• Strong commercial awareness
• Advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills
• Well-developed presentation skills and experience of presenting to the Board
• Aged 36-40 yrs
• Dynamic, think outside the box, driven and motivated
