Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading E commerce giant that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Senior Fulfillment Centre Manager
Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for leading and building a gold standard fulfillment centre that shapes the future of the regions first and largest specialized online shopping platform, design best class layouts, structure and processes of the fulfillment centre, revise process flows, optimize existing process flows and create new ones, create operating budget and adhere to it, assess cost saving projects and implement them successfully, lead, manage and optimize the core fulfillment operations including supply chain, logistics and the warehouse team, hire, coach, mentor and raise the teams to deliver and exceed expectations, conducting bi-annual performance reviews to ensure the company employees are well positioned for success and processes, identify 3rd party partners and analyse data and provide weekly reports to senior management.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have 6-8 years fulfillment centre experience with a large retail operation and 4 years e-commerce companies preferably worked with a large e commerce companies and start ups, experience working in a dynamic, fast oaced environment and be well versed in e commerce FC automation enabler.
