Job description / Role
For one the largest contractors operating in the Gulf Region we are seeking a Senior General Manager of Operations.
The person must have experience working for large contractors in the Gulf region operating in the areas of Construction, Oil & Gas and Civil Projects.
The person should have 8-10 year experience as a Senior Manager and at least 25 years total experience.
For this company past experience on Mega Projects worth over 1 Billion USD is a must.
Requirements
The person should have an excellent technical knowledge related to engineering, construction, contracts and commercial for high complexity projects.
We expect the successful person to display excellent communication, managerial and organization skills, they must be motivated, determined and a problem solver.
• PC literate (MS Office, and specifically Excel);
• Fluent in English written and spoken;
• Holding an Engineering Degree ,
• MBA is beneficial
