Job description / Role
Role Purpose:
In charge of creating appealing visual content for the brand and corporate use in print, social media, email, and website. The candidate should work within brand guidelines to create attractive layouts that reinforce our brands’ style or voice through their visual touchpoints. Along with their creativity, the candidates should bring their critical thinking skills and an artistic sensibility to drive engagement and connection with audiences through captivating and fascinating content.
Responsibilities:
• In charge of Ideating & developing all content needed: social media monthly calendars, e-commerce content, campaign visuals, invitations, brochures, packaging, leaflets, corporate designs, and all other forms of marketing material used for online and print.
• Create and manage compelling content for various social media platforms, including images, reels, and stories, to effectively engage with our target audience.
• Generate creative concepts and support Silsal and its clients in designing upcoming collections and corporate projects. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth sampling and production processes, maintaining effective follow-up throughout.
• Leverage the latest technology and trends in visual content creation to tell stories and connect with audiences across all platforms (both online and offline).
• Handle the production and packaging projects with our suppliers, overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to cost assessment and sample creation.
• Conceptualized and directed creative ideas from concept to design, managing all tasks and roles in between.
• Generating fresh concepts & ideas per brand guidelines to advertise products/services.
• Organize photoshoots and approve the final content for white background and lifestyle images.
• Ability to see graphics development from a holistic perspective.
• Research and stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and the latest creative tools to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative team & copywriter to determine content needs, meticulously proofread content, and provide Arabic translation support when needed.
Requirements:
• A qualification in Graphic Design, visual arts, or a relevant field.
• Portfolio with design projects.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe CS, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong attention to visual details.
• Aesthetic skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various situations, prioritizing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic are needed.
• Photography/Videography skills are a big plus.
