Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai's thriving real estate industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative visual solutions that resonate with our clientele and enhance our brand identity. Your expertise will help shape our marketing materials, digital content, and advertising strategies to promote our properties and services effectively in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling designs for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Develop visually striking graphics for our website and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Lead design projects from concept to execution, managing timelines and deliverables to meet marketing campaigns.
- Create captivating presentations and pitch decks that communicate our real estate offerings to potential clients and investors.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technology within the real estate sector and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their skills and creativity.
- Work closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality production of designed materials.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate or marketing sector.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
