We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai's vibrant Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic design expertise, and a passion for visual storytelling to elevate our brand presence and engage our diverse audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative graphic design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, packaging, menus, and advertising materials.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance to elevate overall design quality and foster professional growth.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints, reflecting the brand’s identity and values.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to ensure design consistency and timely project delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry or a consumer-focused sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful design work across multiple media formats.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual messages.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of brand identity.
- Experience mentoring or leading design teams is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of digital marketing assets and motion graphics is a plus.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
