Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Maintaining full functionality of ICT devices, not limited to PCs, Laptops, Printers, IP Telephony, A/V Equipment, CCTV, Access Control and other equipment used at customer location(s).
• Providing telephone and desk side technical support for customer location Employees.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any PC, Laptops, Av Equipment, Printers and Other ICT Equipment comes under scope that has authorized access to the network.
• Customize desktop software to meet user specifications and site standards in line with System and Security Team.
• Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software used to provide a high level of support.
• Performing duties in a structured manor to ensure internal SLA’s are met or exceeded.
• Taking full ownership on assigned incident or service and working continuously on a task until completion within agreed SLA (or referral to system, network, exchange, application, external vendor team or third parties with proper documented channel and kept posting to management whenever it exceed the agreed timeline).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of experience with the types of hardware and software to be supported, Seven (7) years of which included user support, user training and/or programming.
• Sound Knowledge in Windows 10, 8.1, 2008, 2012. (Mandatory)
• MS Office 2016 & 2013 support experience. (Mandatory)
• Routers, switches and firewall experience. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of all software applications used within the organization.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge in IT Help Desk Management, preferable on Manage engine. (Mandatory)
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or equivalent. (Mandatory)
• A+ and N+ experience. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge in AV Equipment, HDMI Switching, Digital Signage, Video Wall, Room Signage.
• Knowledge in Queue Management Systems and Queue Solutions.
• Thorough Knowledge of Windows Environment, Hardware and Software.
• Knowledge in Microsoft SCCM Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Skilled in operating supported computer, business handheld and peripherals, configuring computer hardware and software and to analytically design program logic or solve technical problems..
• Knowledge in Technical Data Reports Creation.
