Senior Head of Planning / Scheduling (Multiple Projects) UAE Real Estate Developer

UAE-based Real Estate Developer are looking to recruit a Senior Head of Planning out of their Abu Dhabi Head Office.

The role, based out of their Abu Dhabi Head office will oversee 15+ live projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

They are looking for an experienced Planning Manager / Head of Planning who can 'own' the project schedules and bring them all together.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The type of person that they are looking for;

- Polished, professional individual
- BSc qualified in relevant Construction / Planning subject
- Experienced Senior Planner / Planning Manager who has worked for a reputable Developer in the region.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be technically very strong, as well as being a hungry and passionate character.
