Job description / Role
Position Title: Senior Host/ Hostess
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading groups of Hospitality & Leisure based in Dubai, known for its finest amenities and world class service.
Job Description:
• Ensure that best-in-class hospitality is provided in welcoming incoming guests in the lobby.
• Identify Wait and No-wait status of venue
• Find out the occasion and or special occasions, then pass the information on to the Manager on Duty so staff can create a moment that matters
• Ensure clear communication with the bay planner to ensure guests are receive at accurate wait time quoted
• Work across all stations in the lobby if needed as they assume responsibility for a smooth guest journey from the Welcome at the door, through to handing over a guest to a Bay Host in the bay
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 2 years of related work experience on the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
