Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing corporate compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures that comply with legal requirements, are cost effective and ensure the compensation and benefits programs enhance the organisation's ability to recruit and retain employees. Review programs, suggest modifications, and ensure achievement of competitive market position and other goals identified by the organisation.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of HR operations; UAE labor laws and pension regulations
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
