Job Description:
- Manage and lead the HR team in handling recruitment, employee welfare, training, and exit processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess and address training needs, skill gaps, and development initiatives.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs, focusing on technical, managerial, and soft skills and monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization and ensure effective training delivery through internal and external trainers, workshops, and e-learning platforms.
- Develop and manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old below
- Must have 7 years of experience with 3 years UAE experience in HR training and development, with a strong background in the real estate or related industries.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
