Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working with one of the most recognized brands in the UAE and have been requested to assist in hiring a Senior HR Coordinator to join their growing HR team.
This role requires an experienced HR Coordinator who has strong experience on on-boarding new staff including handling leave entitlements, medical, family visas, preparing hiring assignments and working closely with the broader HR team to enhance the HR support across the business. You will need strong computer skills in Excel, SAP and HR databases. Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and being able to work in a team as well as autonomously are crucial for this role.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 3-4 years’ experience working in a similar role You should have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for assisting new joiners to the business and the ability to provide support and advice where needed. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic.
